Social Enterprise:

CWW operates as social enterprise, using business models whilst remaining not-for-profit. We aim to become self-sustaining allowing us to work with partners overseas for as long as is needed and not rely on grant funding. Therefore to finance our work, we generate revenue on a per capita basis from each volunteer we place.

With our highly successful track record in international volunteering, world class operations model and experienced professional team, we intend to grow to sending 300 volunteers each year. On reaching this volume, we aim to become self sustaining.

To support us in this development, we have a number of corporate partnerships and project and core support from several of the UK’s most respected funding organisations.
