The Project: CWW has a variety of volunteer opportunities available for people with Project Planning and Management experience with our local partners in Belize, India, Kenya and Sri Lanka. CWW partners range from government departments to NGO’s delivering a range of programmes that meet Livelihood, Health, Environment and Legal Reform and Human Rights needs.
Project Management Assignments: All volunteers are matched to placements that match their skills, experience and availability. Project Managers can be involved in a range of assignments including:
Developing detailed project action plans, including planning budgets and HR requirements Planning and writing funding proposalsProviding guidance and training in project management techniques including monitoring and evaluationAssessing project progress and making changes to subsequent project plans

You: Skills and Experience - Project Planners and Managers with a range of experience have a lot to offer and learn from working with our partners overseas. In particular we are looking for Project Managers with some of the following skills and experience: Experience of project planning, managementExperience in developing funding proposalsExperience of providing training Experience of giving presentations and facilitating meetingsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal skills
They will also be:Self motivated with the ability to work independentlyProfessional, flexible, resourceful, creative and culturally sensitive.
