The Project:
Purpose of Placement
In the first phase, the volunteer would be involved in developing a plan and implementing a network structure of 360 degree communication and feedback amongst key members of the senior management team within the organisation.
In the second phase, the volunteer would be involved in assisting the senior management to identify training needs, and in developing a cost effective strategy to implement them.
The volunteer would need to work closely with the team at all times in order to develop the above documents.

Duties and Responsibilities
The volunteer would be required to:
Understand the organisations people, culture and work
Use this understanding to plan and implement the feedback session
Use this as a basis to assist in identifying training needs and strategies to plug them

You:
Skills and Experience Required
The volunteer would need:
At least 3 years of experience in HR
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in developing and running staff training
Experience in developing appraisal systems
Experience in facilitating organisations to focus on their objectives
Experience in communicating organisational vision to staff in a variety of creative ways
Experience of giving presentations and facilitating meetings
They will also be:
Self motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional, flexible, resourceful, adaptable, creative and culturally sensitive.
