The gender composition of the workforce is rapidly changing in India, organisations must reform themselves correspondingly. As the agendas of human rights and social responsibility are becoming increasingly important; so too is the notion that paying careful attention to gender will improve the working environment substantially and bring financial as well as social dividends.

The organisation is in the process of expanding this programme to a much larger segment of the population. The organisation wants to ensure that all the organisations which it works with not just conduct gender training for their staff but also ensure these concepts are internalize in the participants workplace and social life.
